Apertivo at Ganzo
Ganzo, the student-run restaurant at Florence University of the Arts, has its busiest night on Wednesdays, when the restaurant prepares aperitivo. For the general crowd, they prepare typical Florentine appetizers, but special guests are chosen to sit at Table 21, where they are served unique dishes created by one of the student chefs. This night, Table 21 was served apertifs all related to seafood. Two of these dishes are highlighted on the right. The photo of the chefs was taken in ambient light, and the photos of the dishes used an additional key light.
